If you are not completely happy with the content that you license from EYEIDEA we will give you a complete refund. No questions asked.

Becuase we do give you access to the digital content immediately at the time of purchase we have to work on the honor system. Please delete all the assets that you downloaded and any backups. Once a refund is issued the CONTENT LICENSE is no longer in effect and you lose any rights to use the content.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unpublished and not used in any project. You’ll also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at graphics@eyeidea.com.  If your return is accepted, we’ll issue a refund within 5 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, corrupt, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized graphics). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve processed to your return request, and let you know that the refund was approved. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
